However, she offered me a kitten from a different cattery, not under her care, and is refusing to refund me. She is attempting to shift blame to me for not accepting that kitten. I bought a dog from a breeder, and he told me it was supposed to be 100% Belgian Malinois. The breeder ended up posting a DNA test from the father of the litter we got her from, and it said that he was 40.5% Dutch Shepherd, 31% German Shepherd, and 28.5% Belgian Malinois. So, we did a DNA test on our puppy, and she came back with 48.9% Belgian Malinois, 12.7% German Shepherd, and 38.4% Dutch Shepherd. We spent $2500 on her, and I want to keep her. I just want to ensure that he won't do it again.
I placed a deposit for a puppy after filling out an extensive puppy application with references which was accepted. The breeder has now changed her mind and doesn’t want to sell me a puppy claiming she believes I will find fault with the puppy and refunded my deposit. KSL Breeder advertised Purebred White German Shepherd for $500.00. A year later I did a DNA test to find out he is not a purebred White German Shepherd, but only 66.7% White Shepherd and 20.8% Husky and 11.5 Shiloh Shepherd. Can I do anything?

So I bought a dog back in July and I didn't pay for her in full. I told the people I got her from I would pay for the rest of her by the end of the month, but then I became homeless, and then got another house. I just didn't have the funds to pay for her right away and I informed the breeder every step of the way and they said ok. Then after 8 months of me having her they said I owed WAYY more money then I originally did for the late fee charges. BUT I never signed a contract, and I asked the breeders to write one up but they never did, and so because I didn't receive a contract stating that if I didn't pay her off by a certain date there would be late fee charges. I told her I wasn't paying late fee charges so now they are taking me to court for the rest of the money I owe on the dog PLUS late fee charges AND they want her back. NONE of us signed a contract agreeing to anything, so I'm just curious if she can really get the dog back and make me pay late fee charges, or if I will just have to pay off what I originally owed on the dog and be on my way.
