Can I take my neighbor’s dog if it is being neglected?
A friend of mine says his roommate is neglecting his Husky and has said that there are signs of physical abuse. Is there a way to rescue the dog from this abuse?

My aunt is refusing to give me the most recent medical records for the cat my mother had before she passed. What can I do to obtain these medical records?
Took in a rescue meant to be returned to out of state shelter
We found a dog online and the family was offering her as “free to a good home.” Recently, someone reached out to us and stated that the dog was supposed to be returned to the shelter if they family was going to get rid of her.
My Ex kept our dogs

Surrender of dog
